Problem

As traditional gold trading moved into a mobile experience, the service needed to address several UX challenges:

Gold prices, fees, and final transaction values needed to be presented clearly for confident decision-making
Buying, selling, appraisal, and physical withdrawal flows could feel unfamiliar to users who were used to offline gold shops
Users needed clear guidance on what happens at each step of the transaction process
Since the service deals with high-value physical assets, the experience needed to feel transparent, reliable, and trustworthy

Make traditional gold trading easier, clearer, and more trustworthy through a mobile experience.

Design-wise, the goal was to help users understand prices, complete transactions, request appraisal, and withdraw physical assets with confidence.

UX Review & Design Considerations

Since formal user research data was not available, I approached the project through a
UX review of the service structure and key user flows.
The review focused on how users would check gold prices, buy and sell precious metals, request appraisal, and proceed to physical withdrawal within a mobile environment.

The core challenge

Making gold prices, fees, and final transaction values easier to understand

Reducing uncertainty across buying, selling, appraisal, and withdrawal flows

Providing clearer guidance at each step of the transaction process

Building a more trustworthy and accessible financial experience

Key direction

The design direction was to make offline gold trading feel more accessible
and reliable on mobile, while helping users move through each transaction step with clarity and confidence.
